Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. During sales, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹450. For orders below ₹450, shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or serviceable pincodes. While we always aim for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Cancellation Policy

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Notice

For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please share your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the issue. The unboxing video is mandatory for damage-related claims.

Once your mandatory unboxing video is reviewed, we’ll update you through email. If your request is approved, we’ll process the refund or replacement as per the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

OnlySocks will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details shared by the customer.
