Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is sent to your registered email address once the order is placed. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder as well. If you still can’t find it, reach us at support@onlysocks.in and we’ll help you.
Is it possible to cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you can request a cancellation only before your order has been dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible, email us at support@onlysocks.in with your order number and registered email/phone number.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking link to check your shipment status in real time.
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. During sales, holidays, remote location delivery, or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@onlysocks.in with your order number and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
The unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or wrong-product claims. Once reviewed, we’ll guide you with the next steps.
How will my damaged product request be reviewed?
Once your mandatory unboxing video is reviewed, we’ll update you through email. If your request is approved, we’ll process the refund or replacement as per the issue.
Can I return or exchange my socks?
For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders need to be prepaid at checkout.
